In 1887 the Roundhouse was born. Home of the Colorado Midland Railway. After serving over 50 yrs as the wold-famous VanBriggle Art Gallery's studio and retail sales outlet, the Roundhouse now houses the renowned Colorado Mountain Brewery's second location in Colorado Springs. Featuring "upscale casual" dining, CMB at the Roundhouse boasts a unique Colorado inspired menu including Bison Poppers, Venison Egg Rolls, Bison Reuben and a Colorado Mixed Grill to name a few.
